Make sure you opened the Local (not Roaming) AppData path and the Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe package folder. If the folder truly is empty, the world may have been created under a different Microsoft account or on a console — check via a Realm or the account it was made on.
Bedrock world won't load or shows a sync/corruption error
Close Minecraft completely so any background cloud sync finishes, then reopen. If it still fails, restore the world folder from your minecraftWorlds backup, or import an exported .mcworld copy. Never force-quit during the initial 'syncing' screen.
